LUCKNOW: State government’s dream project - ‘CG City’ on Sultanpur Road which boasts of world class facilities like specialized hospitals, IT City, modern milk processing plant, IIIT etc would soon offer around 1500 housing units for MIG and HIG section. The good news is that in spite of being a pristine land, the flats would be at quite adorable rates- around Rs 35 lakh for MIG and about Rs 50 lakh for HIG units.
While LDA has already laid the roads and infrastructure on entire project, government departments are working on their respective projects like cancer hospital, super specialty hospital, IT City, milk processing unit etc. An LDA official said, "We also need to give about 150 acres of land to Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) for real estate development to maintain operation cost of metro from 2016."
